Sherin and Lodgen LLP, a 40+ attorney Boston firm, is actively seeking a self-motivated Real Estate Attorney with at least 2 years experience to join its Commercial Real Estate Department. Experience in retail lease negotiations, financing and purchase/sale transactions preferred. Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills required. REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL

Sherin and Lodgen LLP seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with substantial experience in retail and office leasing. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, possess excellent organizational/communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks/deadlines. Three years’ commercial real estate experience required, including substantial responsibility for drafting and review of leases and lease amendments; experience with title and survey review, and facilitating commercial loan and acquisition/disposition closings, a plus.
