Seth A. Malamut is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Departments. Seth focuses his practice on transactional real estate matters with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, financing and joint venture arrangements.  Seth represents a wide variety of clients, including a nationwide REIT, the investment arm of a national Big-Four financial services company, a national supermarket chain, and various independent property developers and management companies. 

In additional to his transactional real estate practice, Seth also provides strategic corporate counsel in all stages of entity formation, corporate governance, asset acquisition and disposition, and corporate transactional matters.  His experience in mergers and acquisitions includes representing a closely held technology business in a merger with a publicly traded company. 

Seth also has experience in asset-based lending, construction contracts, leasing and residential real estate transactions.
