Meyer Potashman is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department with broad-based experience in corporate, transactional and bankruptcy law. At Sherin and Lodgen, Meyer represents entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, lenders and investors in a wide range of equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and bankruptcy cases.  He has advised clients in a variety of industries, including venture capital, private equity, high tech, biotechnology, medical devices, Internet and e-commerce, investment management, banking and financial services.

Prior to joining the firm, Meyer was a corporate associate at Foley Hoag, an attorney at Greater Boston Legal Services, and the law clerk to Hon. Melvin S. Hoffman of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Before attending law school, Meyer was a project manager at an Internet and software consulting firm.
