Twenty-two firm attorneys listed in New England Super Lawyers & Rising Stars 2008

In addition, Bob Muldoon was among the Super Lawyers 2008 Top 100 list of attorneys who received the highest point totals in the nomination, research and blue ribbon review process.

Four attorneys were listed in Rising Stars in 2008. Rising Star candidates must be either 40 years old or younger, or have been in practice for 10 years or fewer.

Published both as a special supplement in Boston Magazine and as a stand-alone magazine distributed to attorneys, corporate counsel, and law school libraries, Super Lawyers was first released in 1991. Research and selection are performed by Law & Politicsand is based on such criteria as verdicts and settlements, experience, transactions, representative clients, lectures and publications, pro bono work, and honors and awards. Only 5% of the state's total lawyer pool is selected for Super Lawyers and no more than 2.5% are named to the Rising Stars list.
