James W. Matthews presents on Enterprise Risk Management at ALM’s Annual Litigation Summit

James W. Matthews, partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, spoke at the 2^nd Annual Litigation Summit, presented by ALM, on October 6^th in New York City. The presentation was part of a segment entitled, “Enterprise Risk Management as a Corporate Litigation Management Weapon” and specifically addressed the importance of managing litigation risk to avoid enterprise-threatening litigation.

 

The Litigation Summit was also attended by Edward S. Cheng, John C. La Liberte, and Sara Jane Shanahan, partners in the firm’s Litigation Department.
