Gary Markoff attends Massachusetts Bankers Association New England ConferenceSeptember 22, 2011
Gary M. Markoff, partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Departments, attended the Massachusetts Bankers Association “New England Conference”, held September 22nd-23rd. The conference brought together banking leaders throughout New England and highlighted updates in the banking industry.
The Massachusetts Bankers Association (MBA) is a multi-faceted banking trade group that represents over 200 banks all across Massachusetts. These institutions, large and small, are commercial, savings and co-operative banks and savings and loan institutions, in every corner of the Commonwealth, and a few are in neighboring states. Today, the focus of the MBA is as much on the consumer as it is on the banker. As the world changes, the MBA and member banks seek to advise, educate and inform customers on how best to manage their financial lives.
