Overview & Experience

Kathryn Droumbakis is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Katy assists clients in resolving complex business, employment, professional liability and real estate disputes. Her experience includes representing companies in a variety of complex civil and commercial disputes in federal and state court. In particular, she represents clients in employment matters involving restrictive covenants and wage and hour litigation. A member of the firm’s Professional Liability Group, she defends lawyers and law firms in legal malpractice and professional liability matters.

Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Kathryn was a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. While in law school, she was a legal intern in the Massachusetts Appeals Court for Hon. Peter Agnes, Jr. and served as a research assistant for the Boston College Center for Human Rights and International Justice.
