Business Law Partner
Sherin and Lodgen is seeking a mid-level partner with a growing practice to join its Business Law Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in general corporate work, including joint ventures, private placements, and mergers & acquisitions. Experience with sophisticated real estate joint ventures preferred. In addition to building their own corporate practice, this position will support the firm’s existing clients across industries including real estate, retail, technology, and nonprofits.
Commercial Real Estate Partner
Sherin and Lodgen is looking to supplement its nationally and regionally ranked, Boston-based Commercial Real Estate Department and is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Partner with at least ten years of experience and a largely self-sustaining practice in complementary areas of practice, which may include representing buyers, sellers, developers, corporate real estate owners, public agencies and/or lenders. The successful candidate will have depth in various aspects of real estate law, such as acquisitions and dispositions, development and land use permitting, public-private projects, financing (by way of debt and/or equity), joint ventures, leasing, negotiating construction and design contracts, ground and air rights leasing, and general real estate expertise.
Sherin and Lodgen is in search of a highly-motivated Litigation Partner to join its Litigation Team. The ideal candidate will have an established practice that complements the complex litigation matters our firm handles, including business litigation, professional liability litigation, employment disputes, construction disputes, and real estate litigation and is able to service existing firm clients when the need arises. The successful candidate will have trial experience and be able to work both independently and within a team environment, managing associates and paralegals. Must be a creative problem solver with a business-minded approach.
