Sherin and Lodgen is pleased to announce the addition of\u00a0Gavriela M. Bogin-Farber<\/a>\u00a0as an associate in the firm\u2019s\u00a0Employment Law Department<\/a>. She represents individuals in all aspects of employment negotiations and litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour disputes, retaliation, and wrongful termination.<\/p>\n

Gavi has litigated cases before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and in state and federal court. She also advises professionals and executives regarding separation agreements, employment agreements, and ongoing workplace issues. She was elected President of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association (MELA), an organization of over 160 attorneys committed to advancing employee rights.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining the firm, Gavi was an associate at another Boston law firm specializing in plaintiff\u2019s employment law. Now, she is a member of the firm\u2019s award-winning Employment Law Department \u2013 ranked by Chambers USA for \u201cLabor and Employment: Mainly Plaintiff\u2019s Representation\u201d in Massachusetts and by U.S. News and World Reports \u201cBest Law Firms\u201d for \u201cEmployment Law: Individuals\u201d and \u201cLitigation \u2013 Labor and Employment.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
