Debra Squires-lee quoted in the National Law Journal article, “Mass High Court Clarifies Grounds for Fee Sanctions”

Debra Squires-Lee, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, co-chair of the Business Litigation and Professional Liability Practice Groups, and co-chair of the firm’s Mentoring Committee, was quoted in The National Law Journal‘s article, “Mass High Court Clarifies Grounds for Fee Sanctions”. The article, which was posted on July 15, 2015, discusses the Supreme Judicial Court’s ruling in Wong v. Luu that resulted in the reversal of the August 2011 sanctions order.
In her interview with The National Law Journal, Squires-Lee referred to the amicus brief she drafted with associate Jessica Gray Kelly on behalf of the Boston Bar Association.
