Financing and development of 185,000 sq. ft. office building
- Peter Friedenberg, Gary M. Markoff, and Sander A. Rikleen represented an affiliate of Boylston Properties in connection with the financing and development of “LINX”, a 185,000 square foot multi-tenant office building, involving a $60 million renovation of an existing industrial building.
- On behalf of the developer, we negotiated the construction financing documents and addressed a number of issues relating to both an existing utility easement which needed to be modified to accommodate the redevelopment as well as new licenses and easement agreements required for the project.
