Hospitality Law Associate

Sherin and Lodgen is seeking a highly motivated attorney to join its thriving Hospitality Practice Group.

Hospitality law is an interdisciplinary specialization that includes real estate law and corporate law. Candidates must have no less than seven years of experience working with a large firm or well respected boutique in the areas of real estate and/or real estate-focused corporate law. Experience with hotel and/or restaurant transactions is highly preferred, but not required.  The Hospitality Practice Group commonly assists clients with hotel and restaurant asset acquisitions, sales, leasing, liquor licensing, management agreements, franchise agreements, joint ventures, and private offerings.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.  Competitive salary and excellent benefit package offered.
