
Daniel I. Lampke represents individuals in all aspects of employment negotiations and litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour disputes, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Dan is an associate in the firm’s award-winning Employment Law Department – ranked by Chambers USA for “Labor and Employment: Mainly Plaintiff’s Representation” in Massachusetts and by U.S. News and World Reports “Best Law Firms” for “Employment Law: Individuals” and “Litigation – Labor and Employment.”
He is an experienced employment litigator, having successfully represented individuals in state and federal court, as well as in arbitrations and before state agencies.
Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Dan practiced at a Boston law firm, focusing on litigation, employment, business, and municipal law disputes. He graduated cum laude from New England Law. While attending law school, he worked as a Legal Intern for United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit and a Legal Intern for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor.
