The multi-tenant five-story office building is located in the heart of the South End, steps from the to-be-developed Exchange South End, a 1.6 million sq. ft. life science redevelopment.<\/p>\n<p>The Sherin and Lodgen team was led by Robert M. Carney, chair of the firm\u2019s Real Estate Department, and Daniel C. Johnston, associate, along with Corporate Partner, Steven D.
