Sherin and Lodgen represented Needham Bank in a $20 million commercial loan to a national live entertainment company. The loan was administered through the Main Street Priority Loan program.<\/p>\n

The Federal Reserve established the MSLP to support lending to small and medium-sized for-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations which were in sound financial condition before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n

The Sherin and Lodgen team was led by\u00a0Gary M. Markoff<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Ian T. Lane<\/a>, partners.
