Sherin and Lodgen represented an affiliate of First Highland Management and Development Corp. in the $76 million sale of the Boston Dedham Commerce Park, located in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston and Dedham, MA. The urban industrial park is comprised of five buildings with rooftop solar panels, totaling 654,050 square feet of Class A industrial space, currently leased to 34 diverse tenants. The buyer is affiliated with Griffith Properties, LLC.<\/p>\n

The S&L team was led by\u00a0Ronald W. Ruth<\/a>, partner and chair of the firm\u2019s Environmental Group, and included\u00a0Daniel C. Johnston<\/a>, associate. In addition to the sale, S&L had previously represented First Highland on financing and leasing matters for the property.<\/p>\n
