Sherin and Lodgen represented longtime client,\u00a0The GIANT Company<\/a>, in lease negotiations for their newest supermarket in Philadelphia, PA. The 65,000 sq. ft. urban flagship store, part of the 25-floor Riverwalk Project in Center City, is the company\u2019s first two-story location and first in a residential tower. The store features ground-level parking, a full-sized Starbucks, a food hall, and beer and wine garden. The GIANT Company, owned by Ahold Delhaize, has focused recent expansion efforts in the Philadelphia market, with five locations now open in the city.<\/p>\n
