Beth and fellow honorees were featured in a special supplement of the July\/August issue of <em>NLJ<\/em>, which is available online <a href=\"https:\/\/images.law.com\/media\/nationallawjournal\/supplements\/NLJTB_EE_2021\/mobile\/index.html\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As chair of the firm\u2019s Renewable Energy Practice Group and partner in the firm\u2019s Real Estate Department, Beth represents individuals engaged in complex renewable energy transactions including construction and permanent financing of clean energy facilities, permitting, development, and leasing for solar and battery energy storage projects, energy regulatory issues, and transactions involving the purchase and sale of renewable energy projects. Her leasing practice includes landlord and tenant representation in the leasing of renewable energy, industrial, retail, restaurant, and office space.<\/p>\n<p><em>NLJ reports legal information of national importance to attorneys, including federal circuit court decisions, verdicts, practitioners&#8217; columns, coverage of legislative issues and legal news for the business and private sectors.\u00a0The Trailblazer series is a special supplement developed by the business arm of NLJ.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beth A.
