David A. Michel attends the 2025 First Circuit Judicial Conference

David A. Michel, partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, attended the First Circuit Judicial Conference in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico from April 3 to May 2. This invitation-only conference was attended by judges from the First Circuit District Courts and Appeals Courts, as well as select attorneys who practice in the First Circuit districts (Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Puerto Rico).

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who is the Circuit Justice for the First Circuit, addressed the Conference as keynote speaker on May 1.
