Partner Tanya M. Larrabee presents at MCLE’s 27th Annual Environmental, Land Use & Energy Law Conference

Partner Tanya M. Larrabee presented at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) 27th Annual Environmental, Land Use & Energy Law Conference on March 26. Larrabee presented on the panel, “Energy Law,” discussing the updated SMART 3.0 solar regulations as well as critical updates in the energy law landscape from the past year.

The annual event covers critical new developments in each of the major fields of environmental law, energy law, land use, and related litigation, as well as pertinent updates in federal and state legislatures, agencies and courts, and in Massachusetts municipal law.

Tanya, a member of the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group, represents renewable energy clients in the acquisition, development, and financing of solar, wind, and energy storage projects, including advising on state incentive programs. She assists in complex renewable energy transactions including advising lending institutions and borrowers on construction and term financing for clean energy projects and advising developers, commercial property owners, and landowners on local permitting, project development, and leasing for solar and battery energy storage projects. She works directly with clients drafting and negotiating a broad set of renewable energy agreements including power purchase agreements, solar leases, and financing documents. Her practice also consists of advising clients on renewable energy regulatory issues, purchasing and selling renewable energy projects, and negotiating agreements related to solar tax equity matters.

The conference will rebroadcast on Friday, April 10 at 9:00 a.m. and Monday, April 20 at 12:00 p.m.
