Congratulations to our client, LBA Logistics, on the completion of a 1.62 MW rooftop community solar project in Melrose Park, Illinois. This project was completed in collaboration with Summit Ridge Energy,  a commercial solar and energy storage company, and Black Bear Energy, a commercial buyer’s representative that specializes in onsite renewable energy and cleantech services.

This solar facility is located on the rooftop of an industrial building owned by LBA Logistics, and will generate over 2 million kWh of renewable energy per year.

The S&L team, led by Jennifer Connelly, advised LBA Logistics on drafting and negotiating the rooftop solar lease to Summit Ridge Energy to facilitate this project.
