Alison M. Vallot is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department with experience advising clients on a broad range of complex real estate transactions.
She represents landlords, tenants, developers, and corporate clients in connection with commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, development, and construction matters. Before joining Sherin and Lodgen, Alison served as Associate General Counsel of Real Estate at Wayfair, where she led headquarters, retail, office, and industrial transactions across a global portfolio of more than 25 million square feet. She is known for developing practical solutions that balance business objectives, deal economics, and risk. Alison began her legal career at WilmerHale.
In 2024, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly named Alison a “2024 In-House Leader” and Real Estate Business Review named her a “Top 10 Real Estate Director – 2024.”
Alison enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family and Golden Retriever, Maizie.
