Overview & Experience

Daniel S. Guenther is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, representing clients in complex business, employment, professional liability, and real estate disputes.

He regularly appears in federal and state courts on behalf of clients on complex commercial matters, land use disputes, residential and commercial evictions, and employment discrimination charges. Daniel’s experience includes arbitrations, pro bono federal civil rights litigation, Chapter 93A consumer actions, and trials in the Land Court and Housing Court.

Before joining the firm, Daniel was an associate at a Boston law firm and later clerked for the Hon. Donald L. Cabell of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. While attending Northeastern School of Law, he was a legal intern for former Chief Justice Ralph Gants of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, as well as the United States Attorney’s Office.
