Brian J. MacDonough presents at International Forum of Senior Executive Advisers Inaugural Conference

Brian J. MacDonough, chair of the firm’s Employment Department, spoke at the International Forum of Senior Executive Advisers (IFSEA) inaugural event, “International One-Day Conference on Risk, Reward & Reputation Management Issues for Senior Executives & Founders, and their Specialist Advisers,” on February 4, 2020 in London, England.

Brian served as a panelist for the breakout session, “How Can a Senior Executive Rebuild their Reputation after Facing Public Allegations of Wrongdoing? Personal Brand and Reputation Management for Senior Executives and Founders in Crisis.” He discussed how senior executives and founders can protect and restore their personal brand following a crisis, such as allegations of serious wrongdoing.

Brian concentrates his practice in employment law and executive advocacy. A highly respected advisor to his clients, Brian works with executives and professionals on sophisticated employment and compensation matters. He handles a wide range of matters, including contract negotiation and enforcement, discrimination, whistleblowing, wage and hour issues, and wrongful termination.
