Brian J. MacDonough quoted in Law360 article on Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law
Brian J. MacDonough, Chair of the firm’s Employment Department, was quoted in a Law360 article titled, “Mass. But he agreed that evidence gathered related to salary ranges would be useful in other lawsuits.
“The goals of the statute are transparency and equity,” he said, “and this is a bit of sunlight being the best disinfectant.”
