Congratulations to our client, LBA Logistics, on hosting the successful energization of a 2.8 MWdc solar project, located on their facility at 120 First Avenue in Covington Township, Pennsylvania. This project, which began operating in May 2026, was developed under Pennsylvania’s Virtual Net Metering (VNEM) Program and is expected to generate approximately 3.5 million kilowatt-hours annually.

This project was designed and developed by Sigma Renewables, with Scale Microgrids as the owner and operator, and Black Bear Energy as the owner’s representative.

The S&L team, led by Jennifer I. Connelly, advised LBA Logistics on drafting and negotiating the rooftop solar lease.
