David I. Brody co-moderates BBA webinar on vaccine mandates in the workplace

David I. Brody co-moderated the Boston Bar Association (BBA) webinar, “Vaccine Mandates in the Workplace,” on Wednesday, November 3, 2021. The webinar welcomed industry experts to discuss current workplace vaccine mandates and those in the making, and how to advise clients in a quickly changing environment. It also discussed to whom various mandates apply and how to navigate requests for religious and disability related accommodations and exemptions.

David is a partner in the firm’s Employment and Litigation departments. He represents individuals in a wide range of matters, including wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, and contract negotiation and enforcement. He has represented clients in both federal and state courts in Massachusetts and in Public Hearings before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and the Civil Service Commission. Since 2018, David has been a significant member of the BBA’s Labor and Employment Steering Committee, currently serving as Co-Chair.
