David I. Brody moderates panel at BBA webinar on employment rights concerning veterans and servicemembers

David I. Brody, partner in the firm’s Employment Department, moderated the Boston Bar Association (BBA) webinar, “Understanding Employment Rights and Obligations Concerning Veterans and Servicemembers,” on Monday, February 28, 2022. The webinar covered a range of topics from compliance to preservation of claims, as well as protecting the rights of employees who are veterans or servicemembers. Other specific topics included: military culture; Mass. Gen. Laws c. 151B; the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA); and the Civil Service Law.

David is co-chair of the BBA’s Labor & Employment Steering Committee and served as an Advisory Committee Member for the 2021 Employment Law Conference.
