Gavriela M. Bogin-Farber presents at MELA on COBRA subsidy in ARPA
Gavriela M. Bogi-Farber, associate in the firm’s Employment Department and president of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association (MELA), presented during a MELA program, “COBRA subsidy in the American Rescue Plan Act,” on May 18, 2021. Gavi discussed eligibility requirements and the questions that remain unanswered in regards to the American Rescue Plan Act’s (ARPA) requirement that employers cover 100% of the COBRA premium subsidy for a broad group of their former employees.
