Gavriela M. Bogin-Farber presents latest in Dana-Farber’s EMBRACE Metastatic Breast Cancer Virtual Forum Series

Gavriela M. Bogin-Farber, associate in the firm’s Employment Law Department, gave a presentation as part of Dana-Farber’s EMBRACE Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC) Virtual Forum Series on January 6, 2021. During her presentation, titled “Working with MBC: Know Your Rights,” Gavi explained the legal rights that people with MBC – as people living with a disability – have in their employment, and strategies for accessing those rights while protecting their jobs.
