Jessica G. Kelly speaks at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s open meeting
Jessica G. Kelly, partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, spoke at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s (MBA) open meeting, “Recent Updates on Close Corporations Law,” on January 11, 2018. Jessica’s panel addressed a number of timely topics concerning close corporations, including attorney-client privilege, disqualification of counsel, contractually imposed limits on fiduciary duties and recent decisions concerning close corporations.
