Jessica Gray Kelly co-chairs MCLE Business Litigation Conference

Jessica Gray Kelly, partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and chair of its Pro Bono Practice Group, co-chaired MCLE’s 20th Annual Business Litigation Conference, held virtually on February 5, 2021, and spoke during the opening panel, “Year-in-Review: A Dialogue on the Top 10 Cases.”

This year’s conference included updates on new business litigation developments and important case law from faculty comprised of a U.S. District Judge, U.S. Magistrate Judges, Massachusetts Superior Court Judges, and preeminent practitioners. The judges discussed recent trends and field your questions in the Business Litigation Session Judicial Panel and Federal Judicial Panel. Panelists also shared updates on litigation landmines stemming from COVID-19, as well as valuable insights on how to bring your best game to virtual litigation.
