John B. Shinn presents on FEI Boston program, “Navigating M&A: A Financial Executive’s Playbook for Value & Risk”

Partner John B. Shinn served as a panelist on the Financial Executives International (FEI) Boston program, “Navigating M&A: A Financial Executive’s Playbook for Value & Risk,” on May 22, at the Winthrop Center in Boston. Shinn participated in an interactive panel discussion designed exclusively for CFOs and senior financial leaders, and shared insights on M&A success, such as anticipating risks in due diligence, financing, and integration. The panel also provided practical tips for leaders to move with confidence through legal, operational, and cultural challenges.

John is a partner in Sherin and Lodgen’s Business Law Department and focuses his corporate practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, private offerings, intellectual property and governmental licensing. His experience provides a significant benefit to clients when drafting and reviewing asset and stock purchases, buy-sell agreements, private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) financing documents, private placement memorandums, master service agreements and other general business contracts.
