Partner Edward S. Cheng Presents at MCLE Program, “Artificial Intelligence Symposium 2025”
Partner Edward S. Cheng presented at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program, “Artificial Intelligence (AI) Symposium 2025,” on June 5. Ed presented on the panel, “Ethical Lawyering with Artificial Intelligence: Perspectives on the Ethical Use of AI by Attorneys,” which covered important ethical considerations for the implementation and use of AI. The symposium provided attorneys with knowledge, strategies, and practical perspectives to guide the adoption of AI governance structures prior to the use of AI tools.
Ed is a partner in Sherin’s Litigation Department, and has nearly three decades of litigation experience, specializing in complex commercial disputes, professional malpractice cases, real estate litigation, construction disputes, and bar ethics matters. Ed represents attorneys and their law firms, corporations, engineers, and developers. Ed teaches Professional Responsibility at Boston College Law School and Legal Reasoning and Writing at Northeastern University School of Law.
The program will be rebroadcast on Friday, June 20 at 9:00 AM and Monday, June 30 at 12:00 PM.
