Juliana Ricupero joins Real Estate Department as associate
Juliana Ricupero has joined Sherin and Lodgen as an associate in the firm’s distinguished Real Estate Department.
Juliana focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters, advising developers, investors, and property owners on a wide range of transactions. Her experience includes preparing and negotiating loan documents on behalf of lenders, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial leases for retail, office, and industrial properties. She also analyzes zoning ordinances and land use regulations for commercial development projects.
Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Juliana was a real estate associate at a law firm in Boston, where she worked on a variety of commercial real estate transactions.
Juliana received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she served as a legal intern for the Division of Capital Assets Management and Maintenance in Boston, as well as a judicial extern in the Land Court Department of the Massachusetts Trial Court. She received a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Salem State University.
