Sherin and Lodgen adds new associate to Real Estate Department

Sherin and Lodgen is pleased to announce the addition of Brittany Ling as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department. She represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.

Brittany is the newest member of the firm’s lauded Real Estate Department, which has one of the deepest footholds in New England, assisting clients in the full range of real estate matters. The department is ranked both nationally by U.S. News and World Report’s “Best Law Firms” and listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business for real estate law. As an associate in this department, Brittany advises landlords, and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Brittany was an associate at another mid-sized Boston law firm. While in law school, she served as Legal Intern for the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board. Also active in the community, Brittany volunteers for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and MSPCA, a non-profit organization that protects and cares for animals.

Brittany is a graduate of New England School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University. While she has adopted Boston as her new home since law school, Brittany is originally from Beaumont, Texas and holds her Southern roots closely, approaching each client and transaction she handles with optimism and care.
