Sherin and Lodgen adds two associates to Employment and Litigation Departments
Two associates have been added to the firm’s award-winning litigation and employment departments. Luke E. Colomey, a former Sherin and Lodgen law clerk, joins the firm’s Litigation Department, and Addison F. Doherty, a former paralegal at the firm, joins the Employment Department.
Luke represents clients in complex civil and commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Luke was a law clerk at a Massachusetts law firm, and was a Legal Intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office (Civil Division) in Boston. He also served as an intern for the State of Rhode Island and the Town of Cumberland, Rhode Island.
Luke received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of New England. During law school, he was an Associate Editor of the Northeastern University Law Review (NULR) and an editor of NULR’s online platform, The Forum. He also worked as both a research assistant and teaching assistant, and was a member of the Business Law Society and Sports & Entertainment Law Society.
Addison’ s practice focuses on all areas of employment law and related litigation. She represents executives, professionals, and business clients across a wide range of industries. She also provides counseling, negotiations, and litigation services to clients. Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Addison was a paralegal at a Massachusetts law firm.
Addison received her J.D. from New England Law Boston, an M.A. in American Studies and Civilization from Bowling Green State University, and a B.A. in American Studies from the University of Alabama.
