Sherin and Lodgen elevates Colleen V. Collins to partner

Sherin and Lodgen has elevated Colleen V. Collins to Partner effective January 1, 2026. Colleen is an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate Department, and was elevated from Of Counsel.

Colleen advises retailers, developers, investors, lenders, landlords and tenants on acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing. In particular, her practice includes the development and leasing of shopping centers and mixed-use developments. She also works with the firm’s Commercial Finance Group and Renewable Energy Practice Group, representing financial institutions and other lenders in financing for commercial real estate and renewable energy projects. Her renewable energy practice also includes advising developers in the acquisition and development of solar projects, including due diligence, permitting, title, and survey review.
