Sherin and Lodgen was selected for the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Empowering Women Award for the third consecutive year. This award recognizes law firms that demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace, supporting the professional growth of their attorneys, and creating opportunities for advancement across the firm. The firm is featured in the publication’s July 27 issue.
Sherin and Lodgen was recognized for its ongoing commitment to an inclusive workplace and creating opportunities for professional growth and leadership through its Women’s Initiative. The initiative provides a strong internal network that encourages mentorship, collaboration, and career development while partnering with organizations that strengthen the legal profession and support the broader community. Throughout the year, the initiative brings together attorneys and professionals to build meaningful mentorship and professional development activities through networking, training sessions, roundtable discussions, and civic advocacy activities.
“At Sherin and Lodgen, we’re committed to creating an environment where every attorney and professional has the opportunity to succeed,” said Managing Partner Sara Jane Shanahan. “Our Women’s Initiative reflects that commitment by fostering mentorship, meaningful connections, and professional development opportunities that support career growth, strengthen our collaborative culture, and help our people reach their full potential.”
