Sherin and Lodgen welcomes back experienced civil litigator Scott McConchie to the firm

Sherin and Lodgen is pleased to announce the addition of Scott McConchie as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. A civil litigator with extensive experience, Scott represents individuals, large corporations and financial institutions, as well as small businesses.

Scott began his career at Choate Hall & Stewart, where he was a member of the litigation and employment law departments, and then practiced for almost 13 years at the Boston litigation boutique Griesinger Tighe & Maffei. Beginning in 2013, he spent three years at Sherin and Lodgen as a partner in the Litigation Department. Prior to his return to Sherin and Lodgen, Scott was a partner at Manchel & Brennan, P.C.

Scott recently served two terms as a Hearing Committee Member for the Board of Bar Overseers (BBO) of the Supreme Judicial Court, and from 2017 to 2021 was a member of the Boston Bar Association (BBA) Business and Commercial Litigation Steering Committee, where he organized and presented educational programs. He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Scott earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Duke University.
