Tanya M. Larrabee and Donna M. Haskins honored by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly “Excellence in the Law” 2026

Partner Tanya M. Larrabee and Senior Real Estate Paralegal Donna M. Haskins were selected as 2026 Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly “Excellence in the Law” honorees. Tanya was named an “Up and Coming Lawyer,” which recognizes Massachusetts attorneys who have been members of the bar for 10 years or less but who have already distinguished themselves in the legal community. Donna was honored in the category “Excellence in Paralegal Work,” which recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional skill and dedication while making significant contributions to complex commercial real estate transactions and client services for the firm.

Tanya and Donna will be honored with fellow recipients at the awards gala on March 24 at Venezia Boston. The full list of honorees will be featured in the publication’s March 16 issue.

Tanya represents renewable energy clients in the acquisition, development, and financing of solar, wind, and energy storage projects, including advising on state incentive programs. As a member of the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group, she assists in complex renewable energy transactions including advising lending institutions and borrowers on construction and term financing for clean energy projects and advising developers, commercial property owners, and landowners on local permitting, project development, and leasing for solar and battery energy storage projects. She works directly with clients drafting and negotiating a broad set of renewable energy agreements including power purchase agreements, solar leases, and financing documents. Her practice also consists of advising clients on renewable energy regulatory issues, purchasing and selling renewable energy projects, and negotiating agreements related to solar tax equity matters.

Donna is a senior real estate paralegal, representing clients in commercial real estate transactions. With over thirty years’ experience, she assists attorneys and clients with commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and financing of mixed-use developments, shopping centers, offices, hotels, and industrial properties. She plays a prominent role in working with attorneys in representing lenders, borrowers, developers, sellers and buyers in complex transactions, including participation in all aspects of the closing process, review of due diligence, title, survey and zoning, draft closing documentation, legal opinions, organization and authority documents, escrow closing instructions, and communications with all parties to bring the closing to successful completion.
