Tanya M. Larrabee named to NEREJ’s 2023 “Ones to Watch – Rising Stars” Spotlight

Tanya M. Larrabee, associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department and Renewable Energy Practice Group, was featured in the New England Real Estate Journal’s (NEREJ) 2023 “Ones to Watch – Rising Stars” Spotlight, which recognizes individuals making notable contributions to their company or industry.

Tanya assists in complex renewable energy financing including construction and permanent financing of clean energy facilities, permitting, development, and leasing for solar and battery energy storage projects, energy regulatory issues, and transactions involving the purchase and sale of renewable energy projects. Additionally, she has advised clients on solar tax equity matters.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? 

I advised a local lender regarding a $32 million loan facility to affiliates of a renewable energy company for construction and permanent financing of six solar photovoltaic and energy storage systems on various properties in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The projects are anticipated to generate approximately 22 million kilowatt hours of power in addition to six MWs of battery storage and include ground-mounted, rooftop, and parking canopy solar facilities.
