Tanya M. Larrabee presents at the Boston Bar Association’s 2023 Energy Law Conference

Tanya M. Larrabee, associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department and Renewable Energy Practice Group, presented at the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) 2023 Energy Law Conference on April 26, 2023. This annual event brings together energy lawyers to provide insights into the latest developments that affect the sale, use, and conservation of energy resources. Tanya and fellow panelists presented in the panel, “As Large Energy Users Make Plans to Decarbonize – What’s Working, What Isn’t.”

Tanya represents renewable energy clients in the acquisition, development and financing of solar, wind and energy storage projects, including advising on state incentive programs. As a member of the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group, she assists in complex renewable energy financing including construction and permanent financing of clean energy facilities, permitting, development, and leasing for solar and battery energy storage projects, energy regulatory issues, and transactions involving the purchase and sale of renewable energy projects. Additionally, Tanya has advised clients on solar tax equity matters.
