Tanya M. Larrabee receives 2026 “Top Women of Law” honor from Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

Partner Tanya M. Larrabee has been named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s 2026 “Top Women of Law” list. This honor celebrates the exceptional accomplishments of women attorneys in the Commonwealth as leaders, educators, and mentors, as well as recognizes their pro bono and advocacy efforts.

Tanya and fellow award recipients will be honored at a reception on November 5, 2026, at the Boston Marriott Newton in Newton, Massachusetts. The full list of honorees can be viewed here.

A member of the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group, Tanya assists in complex renewable energy transactions including advising lending institutions and borrowers on construction and term financing for clean energy projects and advising developers, commercial property owners, and landowners on local permitting, project development, and leasing for solar and battery energy storage projects. She works directly with clients drafting and negotiating a broad set of renewable energy agreements including power purchase agreements, solar leases, and financing documents. Her practice also consists of advising clients on renewable energy regulatory issues, purchasing and selling renewable energy projects, and negotiating agreements related to solar tax equity matters.

Tanya is Sherin and Lodgen’s representative with the Alliance for Climate Transition (formerly the Northeast Clean Energy Council), a nonprofit organization focused on creating a just, equitable and rapid transition to a clean energy future and diverse climate economy. Additionally, she has provided pro bono legal services to All in Energy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating an inclusive clean energy economy.
