New Massachusetts Business Interruption Insurance Bill Could Provide Lifeline to Hotels and Restaurants During the Coronavirus Pandemic
Joshua M. Bowman, partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate departments and chair of its Hospitality Practice Group, was published in Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration’s Boston Hospitality Review on March 27, 2020. His article, “New Massachusetts Business Interruption Insurance Bill Could Provide Lifeline to Hotels and Restaurants During the Coronavirus Pandemic,” describes the purpose of, and his involvement with, State Senator James B. Eldridge’s bill, S.D. 2888, entitled “An Act Concerning Business Interruption Insurance.”
