Joshua M. Bowman, partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate departments and chair of its Hospitality Practice Group, lead an MCLE webinar, titled “Counseling the Hospitality Industry through the COVID Crisis: The 60-Minute Lawyer,” alongside Cecilia Gordon, co-chair of Goulston & Storrs Hospitality and Recreation Industry Group. The webinar covered the legal issues around hotel closures, what hotels are allowed to remain open in Massachusetts, and the current status of the CARES Act relief for the hospitality industry.
