Karen S. Fink is a senior corporate paralegal in the firm’s Business Law Department.

With over thirty years’ experience, Karen assists attorneys and clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters. Her experience includes assisting with all phases of corporate transactions including mergers, asset purchases, corporate restructurings and stock purchase transactions, renewable energy transactions, equity financings, and debt financings. In addition, she conducts research and analysis for Blue Sky filings and assists with structuring, analyzing, and managing due diligence.

Prior to joining the firm, Karen was a corporate paralegal at another Boston firm and served in various roles at financial institutions.

Karen received her B.A. from University of Rhode Island and M.S.W. from University of Connecticut. She received her Paralegal Certificate from Bentley University.
