
Margaret Burchard is a paralegal in the firm's Real Estate Department, supporting attorneys and clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.
A paralegal with over 20 years of experience, Margaret works closely with the firm’s attorneys on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and financing of office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties. She assists with drafting closing documents, including loan agreements, notes, and mortgages, regularly reviews title and due diligence materials, and prepares title commitments and policies
Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Margaret worked as a paralegal and office manager at a law firm in Natick, Massachusetts. She received a B.S. in Anthropology from the University of Nebraska and earned a Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern University.
