
Sammi Weeks' practice focuses on all areas of employment law and related litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, mediation and settlement negotiations.
Sammi is an associate in the firm’s award-winning Employment Law Department – ranked by Chambers USA for “Labor and Employment: Mainly Plaintiff’s Representation” in Massachusetts and by U.S. News and World Reports “Best Law Firms” for “Employment Law: Individuals” and “Litigation – Labor and Employment.”
Prior to joining the firm, Sammi was an associate at an employment law firm based in Keene, New Hampshire.
While completing her J.D. at Suffolk University Law School, Sammi worked as a research assistant where she prepared teaching materials for multiple law courses at Suffolk. She also interned with the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center and the Victim Rights Law Center in Boston where she gained experience drafting motions, oppositions, and legal memos, and observing court proceedings.
