
Sonia C. Sylvanovich is a corporate paralegal in the firm's Business Law Department.
With over 10 years of experience, Sonia assists attorneys and clients in a variety of corporate matters including entity formation, dissolution, and management. She also assists the firm with transaction support, regulatory compliance, and filings with state and federal agencies.
Sonia earned a B.A. in Sociology from Boston College, Master of Public Policy from American University, and Paralegal Certificate from Suffolk University. Prior to joining the firm, she was as a Senior Corporate Paralegal and Governance Paralegal for Tufts Health Plan and Point32Health, the combined organization of Tufts Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.
